While there are still quite a few boxes to unpack I’m pretty happy that things are starting to settle around my new home where I can actually get back to blogging and enjoying the rest of this summer. As I mentioned earlier this week, I’ve been using my shiny new grill quite a bit and enjoying my backyard.
Speaking of summer…One of my favorite summer sides is coleslaw! Did you know that you can pretty much put together any ingredients and cabbage and make an awesome coleslaw? That’s what I did for the Living Litehouse blog this week. My recipe for Crunchy Asian Coleslaw is quick and easy to make and is the perfect compliment to grilled salmon, chicken or fish.
