The countdown is on! I am leaving TOMORROW for China and could not be more excited. It has been a little hectic around here trying to prepare for such a long flight and 12 days of adventure. But I think I’m ready!
Posting will be super light around here until I’m back from my trip but I encourage you to follow along on Facebook and Instagram while I’m away. Access to social media is quite difficult to accomplish over there but I’m hoping that I’ll be able to share my adventure with all of you.
But before I go I thought I would share a tasty little recipe with you that I created for the Living Litehouse blog. Yogurt parfaits are totally my jam and they make for a great option to serve at a group breakfast or brunch. You can make them look so pretty and the combination of fruit, Greek yogurt and granola is so filling.
