Happy Friday folks! Today I’m bringing you a quick fall treat using my caramel from earlier this week. Caramel apples are a great fall treat that you can decorate however you want, including chocolate, nuts and candies. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
Wash the apples and place bamboo sticks into the center of the apple in place of the stem. Dip the apple into the warm caramel sauce and swirl around to coat. You’ll need to swirl it around multiple times to completely coat the apples. From here you can sprinkle the apple with nuts or candies, or swirl with melted chocolate. Place the apple onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet and allow to cool and harden. Store the apples in a cool, dry place for up to 4 days.
