I think I’ve said before that I’m not a huge fan of pork but I almost have to take that back because of my interest in pork tenderloin lately. (And seriously, who doesn’t love bacon.) Grilled pork tenderloin is probably my favorite way to prepare pork and with the right seasonings, it turns out juicy and delicious. This recipe comes from Two Peas & Their Pod and I must say, the flavors were amazing.
This is really easy…combine all of the ingredients above into a zip-top plastic bag and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Be sure to turn the bag occasionally throughout the marinating process.
When you’re ready to cook the pork, remove it from the bag and discard the marinade. Allow the pork to come to room temperature before cooking it. Heat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the pork until the internal temperature reaches around 150° in the thickest part. Remove the pork from the grill and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
