I feel like every since I got back from Tokyo I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off! I guess that’s the price you pay when you take a week off from life, but it was totally worth it! That also means that I’ve been busier in the past couple of days catching up and getting my life back on track. I’ve been a little more tired because of the jet lag (Tokyo is 15 hours ahead of Wisconsin) which means that my cooking has been kept to a minimum. Tonight for dinner I’m making Italian Chicken with Sausage and Peppers…..a one-pan meal for the win!
If you don’t already own a cast iron skillet you should definitely add this to your kitchen collection. I love that these will go from the stove-top to the oven, making your life so much easier when it comes to cooking amazing meals. I own a few different sizes, that’s how much I love to use them! This recipe offers a delicious mix of flavors including white wine, rosemary and Peppadew peppers! And my secret ingredients: Litehouse zesty Italian Vinagrette dressing.
If you’re tight on time and don’t want to do a bunch of dishes I suggest trying this recipe out this week! Serve it up with a side of roasted potatoes an a small kale salad and your family will have a complete meal. Grab the recipe over on the Living Litehouse blog today!
