Wow, can you believe it’s Friday already?! The weather has been beautiful here in Milwaukee and I’ve been working my way through the week with ease. But today, today I could not be more excited that Friday is finally here and the weekend is right around the corner. And do I have a tasty meal for you to try out this weekend.
Since the weather has been so beautiful I have continued to roll out my grill and make the most use of it before the snow hits. I decided to experiment a little bit this past weekend and made a Cuban-flavor inspired pork tenderloin on the grill. Marinating the pork in a mint/citrus/cumin combination results in a juicy and flavorful outcome. I highly recommend allowing the pork to marinate overnight if you can. You’ll get a super juicy tenderloin that doesn’t need any additional sauce.
