Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs and Tropical Coleslaw

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs and Tropical Coleslaw

Well hello, hello and happy Thursday! I am so overly excited that you joined me today (and every day) because I’ve got a really special treat for you. Not only do I have a delicious recipe for Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs with Tropical Coleslaw (that’s a mouthful) but I also have a super fun giveaway featuring the small, but efficient Weber® Q® 1200™.

Today’s post is a collaboration with my friends over at Litehouse and my lovely new friends at Weber.  While this grill may seem small, it packs a huge punch when it comes to grilling. It’s perfectly compact for camping or tailgating but also works well for every day use.

So before we get to the giveaway, I just wanted to quickly talk about this recipe. I love kabobs in the summer. I love how kabobs are so portable and easy to put your meat and vegetables together on the grill, like one big happy family. This recipe includes a quick and flavorful marinade and is complimented by a tropical coleslaw all dressed up with Litehouse’s Coleslaw dressing. Life does not get any better than this!

So head on over the the Living Litehouse blog to get the recipe for Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs with Tropical Coleslaw. But before you leave, enter for your chance to win the Weber® Q® 1200™ grill in a beautiful blue color along with coupons for Litehouse Foods products and make all of your summer grilling dreams come true!
