I promise that I have not forgotten about you guys. Blogging gets really hard in the summer months because all I want to do is soak up every ounce of nice weather that I can and spend endless weekend time on my patio enjoying the warmth of the sun. Kebobs are one of my favorite things to make during the summer because you get a healthy dose of protein and veggies on one skewer. You can’t go wrong! Adding the Ginger Cucumber Salad to this recipe really made me feel like I had a more complete meal but you might also consider a side of rice or quinoa. I made this recipe for the Living Litehouse blog and used their yummy Sesame Ginger dressing as my chicken marinade. I love easy marinades like this because they can infuse your protein with a ton of flavor and all you have to do is twist and pour!
