I think I’m still in disbelief over the fact that it’s nearly May. Where is this year going? I think the real reason for my disbelief is that I’m counting down the days until my wedding…6 months away now!
But in between all of the wedding planning and counting, there are a lot of other projects and fun things going on over at the Food n’ Focus headquarters. I’ve got some fun giveaways coming up in the next month and some exciting changes and announcements!
Until then let’s talk about Mother’s Day because honestly that is also going to be here before you know it. Do you have any plans made yet? I’ve been thinking about hosting a brunch for my family and featuring some of my favorite dishes including these tasty Spring Ranch Chicken Salad Croissants that I prepared for the Living Litehouse blog!
