Pear Obatzda is a twist on a traditional Oktoberfest spread that is perfect for freshly baked pretzels. This spread is a delicious combination of Gorgonzola and cream cheeses, walnuts and deliciously sweet pears. It’s sweet. It’s savory. It’s delicious.
